Refund policy
Because we have a lot of intimate items, all sales are final sale. We do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges for any of our products unless the item is defective.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a claim because your item is defective, you can contact us at dreamyva@gmail.com or (657)231-8945. All claims for defective items should be made within 7 days after receiving the package. To file a claim please send us a picture, front and back of the product, and briefly explain what's wrong with it and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to return your package. You can always contact us for any return question at dreamyva@gmail.com or (657)231-8945.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products) and also, no returns on intimate items ( such as underwear, bra, socks, bodysuits, swimwear). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item prior to purchasing.
If an item is out of stock, a refund will be issued for the out of stock item only. If you order more than one item the remaining items will be shipped.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at anytime, for any reason. All of our prices are shown in US dollar.
Computer monitors and phone screens can affect the true color of an item. We are in no way responsible for colors that appear darker or lighter in person than what you see on your device at the time of purchase.
